These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services of Rakesh Medical Centre ("we", "us", "our"), a pharmacy located at 477, Garha Phatak, Ranital Link Road, Beside Choti Mahakali Mandir, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482002. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Rakesh Medical Centre is a retail pharmacy in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, operating under Drug Licence No. 5021/5022. We dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products in store, in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it.

2. Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed in store only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may refuse or delay dispensing where a valid prescription is not provided, where the prescription appears invalid, or where dispensing would be unlawful or unsafe.

3. Availability

Our stock is subject to availability. Where an item is not in stock, our team will let you know and, where possible, advise when it may be available. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Loyalty programme

Membership of our in-store loyalty programme is free. Members may earn rewards on qualifying purchases. We may change the loyalty programme terms from time to time. Rewards have no cash value.

5. No medical advice

Information provided by us or on this website is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist regarding any medicine or health concern.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for genuine product defects.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
