These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services of Rakesh Medical Center ("we", "us", "our"), a pharmacy located at 477, Garha Phatak, Ranital Link Road, Beside Choti Mahakali Mandir, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482002. By placing an order with us — in store, by phone, or on WhatsApp — you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Rakesh Medical Center is a retail pharmacy in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, operating under Drug Licence No. 5021/5022. We dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it.

2. Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may refuse or delay an order where a valid prescription is not provided, where the prescription appears invalid, or where dispensing would be unlawful or unsafe.

3. Orders & availability

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by us. When you order via WhatsApp or phone, we will confirm the items, price, and any applicable discount before dispatch. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing, discounts & Loyalty Club

Discounts of up to 25% apply to eligible medicines for members of our free Loyalty Club, and loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases. Discounts and points do not apply to certain items where prohibited by law or manufacturer policy. We may change Loyalty Club terms from time to time.

5. No medical advice

Information provided by us or on this website is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist regarding any medicine or health concern.

6. Home delivery

Home delivery within Jabalpur is provided subject to our Service Policies. Delivery areas, timings, and conditions are described there.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for genuine product defects.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
