These Service Policies describe how ordering, home delivery, payment, and returns work at Rakesh Medical Center, Jabalpur. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. How to order

You can order in store, by phone at +91 78796 08515, or on WhatsApp. Send your prescription or medicine list and we will confirm availability, price, and any Loyalty Club discount before we prepare your order.

3. Payment

Payment can be made on delivery or in store by the methods we accept (cash, UPI, or card, as available). Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Returns & refunds

For your safety and in line with pharmacy regulations, medicines once sold and delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Refunds, where applicable, are made to your original payment method or as store credit.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched at no charge. Once a prescription order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible for medicine-safety reasons.

6. Prescription handling

Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription. We keep prescription records as required by law and handle them in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Loyalty Club

Membership of our Loyalty Club is free. Members earn up to 15% in loyalty points on qualifying purchases and receive up to 25% off eligible medicines. Points and discounts have no cash value and may be subject to change.
